Twenty-four hours a day, the entire Jaguar organization and dealer network is committed to ensuring our customers satisfaction. Our Jaguar Expericence provides a comprehensive warranty and round-the-clock roadside assistance program, as well as a host of other benefits ranging from a service reminder program to computerized trip routing. At Matheny Jaguar / Jaguar Jacksonville, as at Jaguar dealerships worldwide, you will find Jaguar experts on hand to answer your questions, address your concerns, and serve your needs.

Loaner Cars / Alternate Transportation Policy

Rental cars are available through Enterprise Rental Car. By service appointment.

For our customers that purchased their vehicle from Matheny Imports Inc/Jaguar Land Rover Jacksonville we provide a rental car during scheduled appointments.

For our valued customers that did not purchase their vehicle from us, we will provide a one-day rental when their vehicle is here for scheduled maintenance (not including oil changes).

For other repairs or unexpected service needs, we provide a shuttle service, to and from the dealership. We also provide a reduced rental rate for our customers through Enterprise Rental Car.

All alternate transportation is to be returned within 24 hours of notification of completion of repairs.

We are committed to the highest levels of owner satisfaction, and when you buy or lease a new jaguar we welcome you to the Jaguar Experience that includes the Jaguar Assistance Program as part of your New Vehicle Limited Warranty (4-years / 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first):

24-Hour Roadside Assistance and Emergency Towing
A 24-hour toll free Assistance Line allows you complete peace of mind, whenever or wherever you travel within the U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico. In the event of a mechanical breakdown or other service issue call the Jaguar Assistance Center toll-free at 1-800-4-JAGUAR, option 1. A Care Representative will arrange to have your vehicle transported to the nearest authorized Jaguar Dealer, or arrange for gasoline delivery, battery change, flat tire change, lock-out assistance or other roadside services.

Trip Interruption Benefits
Trip interruption benefits are provided if a warranty-related breakdown occurs more than 50 miles from your primary residence. Reasonable reimbursement for meals, lodging and alternate transportation expenses are included. It is required that you contact the Jaguar Assistance Center to obtain pre-authorization of claim expenses. Please check with your Care Representative for additional details.

The Jaguar Assistance Center will provide you with the location and phone numbers of Jaguar dealers, and will also provide comprehensive information on customized trip routing services.

Land Rover Services

Whether you are new to Land Rover, or you have been a faithful owner for years, we welcome you to the full benefits of Land Rover Ownership. We offer a range of financial services, a 4-year/50,000 mile New-Vehicle Limited Warranty and 24-Hour Land Rover Roadside Assistance Program. We invite you to join us as we introduce Land Rover Owners to the authentic SUV journey. Come see us to sign up for one our retailer-sponsored Wheels Events, where you'll be introduced to driving the Land Rover way or consider one of our driving schools.

Vehicle Care and Maintenance
Routine maintenance requirements for your vehicle are listed in the Owner Wallet. Land Rover recommends scheduled maintenance every six months or 7,500 miles, whichever occurs first. Maintenance requires specialized knowledge and equipment and should be entrusted to an authorized Land Rover Retailer.

The Owners Handbook supplied with your Land Rover suggests some simple checks that you can perform quickly and easily. We recommend that you read about the precautionary measures to take before inspecting any of these maintenance items.

Driving Schools

Land Rover Driving Schools offer a unique opportunity for you to experience authentic off-roading in some of America's most elegant surroundings: Vermont's famed Equinox and West Virginia's legendary Greenbrier resorts. You'll spend your days driving Land Rovers and evenings amid the comfort and grandeur afforded by these world-class resorts. A variety of individual courses and packages are offered.
